Job Description

Comfort Anesthesia is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its expanding cardiology-focused ambulatory surgery center at Colorado Springs Cardiology Heart and Vascular Center. This is a rare opportunity to practice independently in a brand-new, state-of-the-art cardiovascular ASC specializing in electrophysiology and advanced cardiac procedures.

This part-time 1099 position begins at approximately two days per week with significant long-term growth potential as the center continues to expand. Providers enjoy guaranteed daily compensation, complete professional autonomy, and a predictable weekday schedule with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual earning potential of approximately $170,000-$200,000
• Guaranteed daily compensation
• 1099 independent contractor position

Job Requirements

• Current or eligible Colorado APRN/RN license with CRNA designation
• Current NBCRNA certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Minimum experience required; new graduates are not eligible
• Independent practice mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cardiology and/or high-acuity ambulatory surgery center experience preferred

Schedule & Practice

• Part-time position beginning at approximately two days per week
• Immediate start available
• No call responsibilities
• No nights
• No weekends
• No holidays
• 100% independent practice with no medical direction
• Cases include electrophysiology (EP) ablations, pacemaker insertions, transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), and cardioversions
• Additional cardiac procedures expected as the ASC expands
• Rare arterial line placement
• Practice within a highly collaborative outpatient cardiovascular team
