Job Description

Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a PRN opportunity at a surgery center in Somersworth, New Hampshire. This independent practice position offers a flexible part-time schedule, strong daily compensation, and an outstanding quality of life with no call, nights, weekends, or holiday responsibilities.

The selected provider will work autonomously while collaborating with an experienced anesthesia team serving a diverse outpatient surgical population.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care in an ambulatory surgery center setting
• Administer anesthesia for orthopedic, podiatry, oral surgery, and plastic surgery procedures
• Perform comprehensive preoperative evaluations and postoperative patient management
• Monitor patients throughout all phases of anesthesia care
• Collaborate with CRNA colleagues, surgeons, and anesthesia staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily compensation ranging from $1,500 – $1,600
• 1099 independent contractor status
• Malpractice coverage provided
• $1 million/$3 million malpractice limits
• No call responsibilities
• No nights, weekends, or holiday coverage
• Flexible PRN scheduling

Job Requirements

• Current New Hampshire CRNA license required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current PALS certification required
• NBCRNA certification preferred but negotiable
• Providers in the certification process may be considered
• New graduates not accepted
• Ability to practice independently in an ambulatory surgery setting

Schedule & Work Environment

• Part-time PRN 1099 position
• Independent CRNA practice model
• No first-call responsibilities
• No second-call responsibilities
• Outpatient surgery center environment
• Team includes 3 full-time CRNAs, 2 part-time CRNAs, and 1 anesthesiologist
• Case mix includes orthopedic, podiatry, oral surgery, and plastic surgery procedures
• Direct employment with Apollo Medical Group, not a staffing agency
