Job Description
Integrated Gastroenterology Consultants is seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our private practice team in Andover, Massachusetts. This full-time W-2 position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, no call or weekends, and comprehensive employer-paid health benefits. The role focuses on administering TIVA anesthesia for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures in our modern, high-volume GI center.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer safe and effective anesthesia (TIVA) for adult patients (ASA I–III) undergoing endoscopic procedures.
- Perform thorough pre-anesthesia assessments and obtain informed consent.
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses to anesthesia during procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all perioperative phases.
- Collaborate closely with gastroenterologists, anesthesiologists, and the nursing team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Accurately document all aspects of anesthesia care and recovery.
Compensation & Benefits

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – active NBCRNA certification
- Massachusetts RN and CRNA licenses
- Critical care or ICU nursing experience preferred
- Strong proficiency with TIVA anesthesia and patient monitoring systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time or part-time options available
