Job Description

Black River Health is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its collaborative care team in scenic Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and administer anesthesia for patients across all age groups and medical complexities.
• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure safe, effective anesthesia delivery.
• Participate in 1-in-3 call rotation, providing support for urgent and emergent procedures as needed.
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and professional standards of anesthesia care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $330,000 annually
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift
• Call Schedule: 1 in 3 rotation
• Time Off: 8 weeks of paid time off per year

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesiology program
• Minimum of 3 years of anesthesia experience in an acute care setting
• Current Wisconsin RN and APRN licenses (or eligibility within 6 months)
• Current AANA certification as a CRNA
• Current ALS/ACLS and BLS certifications; NRP and PALS required within one year of employment
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork and patient safety
