Job Description

Stillwater Medical Center is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a team of 11 anesthesia professionals in a fully independent practice model. Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia independently across a variety of surgical and procedural specialties
• Provide anesthesia services in the Surgery and Perioperative Department, Ambulatory Surgery Center, and Women’s Health Center
• Perform and manage epidurals, spinals, and peripheral nerve blocks
• Share home call responsibilities with low callback rates
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high-quality patient outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $350,000–$380,000 (W-2)
• Optional Call Pay: Up to $30,000 per year
• PTO: 35 days per year
• CME: 8 days and $5,000 allowance

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification and Oklahoma licensure (or eligibility)
• Strong regional and neuraxial anesthesia skills
• Ability to function independently in a variety of clinical settings
• Commitment to exceptional patient safety and clinical excellence

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time schedule with shared call rotation (every 13th night)
• Day off usually provided following first call
• Diverse case mix including OB/GYN, orthopedics, general surgery, GI, ENT, and urology
• No neurosurgery, cardiothoracic, or high-risk OB/pediatric cases
