Job Description

Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton, Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its growing anesthesia team. This opportunity features a newly implemented compensation structure and a generous $75,000 sign-on bonus. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on providing exceptional perioperative care across a range of procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care under the supervision of an anesthesiologist
• Perform preoperative evaluations and postoperative follow-ups
• Administer, maintain, and adjust anesthesia during surgical and diagnostic procedures
• Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies
• Participate in patient transport and handoff procedures
• Mentor students, residents, and new staff as a clinical leader

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $200,000+

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
• Certified and licensed in Pennsylvania or eligible
• Strong communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
