Presbyterian Española Hospital in Española, New Mexico is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join an established and growing all-CRNA anesthesia team. This position is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role with annual compensation ranging from $360,000 to $380,000, plus a $20,000 relocation incentive. OB experience is required for this role, as CRNAs regularly manage labor epidurals and obstetric cases. Additional cases include orthopedic surgery, outpatient procedures, acute pain service, and regional anesthesia. There are no cardiac, neuro, or major vascular cases, keeping the scope focused and manageable while still clinically engaging.

Call responsibilities are shared within the all-CRNA group, with first call occurring every third night. While there is no second-call requirement, the structure of the team and generous time-off allowance help maintain sustainability. Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care in an all-CRNA hospital practice
