Job Description

We need experienced CRNAs who want real clinical autonomy. You’ve built your skills and earned your independence. We’re not going to hover over your shoulder or question your decisions. You manage your cases. You make the calls.

The Role

Position:Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (1099 Independent Contractor)
Compensation: $265,000+/year (full-time); Part-time and PRN rates based on experience
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Area (In-person)
Schedule:Full-time, part-time, or PRN.

What We Need From You

– Active CRNA license in Texas (or willing to obtain)
– Current NBCRNA certification
– Active DEA license
– Current BLS and ACLS certification
– 3+ years of CRNA experience
– Proven ability to manage high-acuity cases independently
– Strong track record of clinical decision-making
– Reliability and professional accountability
