Job Description

Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona is seeking full-time CRNAs to join a large, medically directed anesthesia team serving a 763-bed flagship facility. This role offers exposure to a wide range of surgical and procedural cases in a modern, high-acuity hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care across multiple adult service lines
  • Support operating rooms, endoscopy, interventional radiology, and L&D
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthetic plans
  • Monitor and manage patient status throughout procedures
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists under a medical direction model
