Job Description
Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona is seeking full-time CRNAs to join a large, medically directed anesthesia team serving a 763-bed flagship facility. This role offers exposure to a wide range of surgical and procedural cases in a modern, high-acuity hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across multiple adult service lines
- Support operating rooms, endoscopy, interventional radiology, and L&D
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthetic plans
- Monitor and manage patient status throughout procedures
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists under a medical direction model
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation of $260k+
- $50,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements
