Job Description

Baystate Medical Center is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its team at a Level I trauma center offering a wide variety of case types and a highly competitive compensation package. This position provides excellent benefits, strong work-life balance, and a collaborative practice environment. SRNAs currently enrolled in or accepted into a CRNA program are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties within a Level I trauma center
  • Conduct preoperative assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
  • Administer, manage, and monitor all forms of anesthesia
  • Support postoperative recovery and patient safety
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
  • Participate in clinical training support for SRNAs as applicable

Compensation & Benefits

  • W-2 employment
  • $270,000 – $280,000 annual salary
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements

  • Active or eligible Massachusetts CRNA license
  • Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program (or SRNAs currently enrolled/accepted)
  • BLS/ACLS certifications
  • Ability to work within a Level I trauma environment

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time position
  • No Sunday shifts
  • Minimal Saturday and holiday coverage
  • Large, well-supported anesthesia team within a major academic health system
  • No first call; second call requirements unspecified
