Job Description

Blanchard Valley Health System in Findlay, Ohio, is seeking full-time or part-time CRNAs to join a collaborative anesthesia team. Enjoy exceptional autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the choice to work in multiple care settings including the hospital or surgery center. Both new grads and experienced CRNAs are welcome, with strong physician mentorship available for early-career professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care across a range of specialties: ENT, general, ortho, neuro, OB/GYN, urology, and limited pediatrics
  • Participate in a care team model with equitable call rotation
  • Opportunity to select practice site(s) and case types
  • Perform regional blocks (stipend available)

Compensation & Benefits

  • W2 Option: $238K–$260K base salary (experience-based)
  • Stipends: OB $5K | Pediatrics $5K | Regional Blocks $5K
  • Up to $100K in student loan support over 5 years
  • 403(b) with 4% match, 8 weeks PTO, $4K CME allowance
  • Paid holidays (6) plus birthday, full insurance package, malpractice
  • Call pay: $250/night, $1200/weekend day (Findlay), $800/weekend day (Bluffton)
  • Vacation payout and sick time accrual included

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Eligible for licensure in Ohio
  • Comfortable working in a care team and autonomously when needed
  • New graduates encouraged to apply

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Self-scheduled shifts: 8- or 12-hour options
  • Practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, or Findlay Surgery Center
  • Equitable call with opportunities for overtime
  • Supportive team of 7 physicians and 18 CRNAs
