Job Description

This full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist opportunity is available through Accolades Physician Resources at a growing ambulatory surgery and endoscopy practice in Bloomington, Illinois. The position is offered as a W-2 role with flexibility to work either a 0.9 FTE or 1.0 FTE schedule, making it well suited for CRNAs seeking predictable hours and a strong work-life balance.

The CRNA will provide anesthesia services primarily within an ambulatory surgery center and endoscopy environment. The clinical setting is designed for efficiency and consistency, with no overnight responsibilities and a stable daily workflow. This role supports both experienced CRNAs and those looking to transition into a no-call, outpatient-focused practice model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care for ambulatory surgery and endoscopy procedures
  • Perform preoperative assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, surgeons, and perioperative staff
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical protocols
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility standards

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual W-2 compensation range: $280,000–$340,000, based on experience and schedule
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus, eligible for relocation or continuing medical education use
  • Up to 33 days of paid time off plus paid holidays

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Five 8-hour shifts per week or four 9-hour shifts
  • No call responsibilities
  • No nights, weekends, or holidays

  • Team-based environment with one anesthesiologist and multiple CRNAs

Job Requirements

  • Active CRNA certification
  • Eligibility for Illinois licensure
  • Comfort practicing in ambulatory surgery and endoscopy settings
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
