Job Description

Bristol Hospital is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time position in a supportive team environment. This rare opportunity includes rotations to Hawaii with housing provided, offering the best of both coasts and a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in a small community hospital setting
• Administer general anesthesia, spinals, and blocks
• Perform anesthesia for a variety of cases, including healthy pediatric ENT (bonus available, but not required)
• Collaborate with the surgical and medical team to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Participate in a supportive, team-focused care model

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $240,000
• 6 weeks of vacation
• 1 week of sick time

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Active Connecticut RN and APRN licensure
• Experience with general anesthesia, spinals, and blocks
• Ability to work independently and handle a variety of cases

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• 4-day work week
• No heads, hearts, or trauma cases
• Frequent early release days
• Rotations to Hawaii with housing provided
