Job Description

Buffalo Hospital, part of Allina Health, is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its collaborative anesthesia team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a diverse range of surgical cases, including general surgery, gynecology, podiatry, total joints, urology, ophthalmology, and endoscopy.
• Work under a balanced 1:4 MDA-to-CRNA ratio promoting autonomy and teamwork.
• Participate in a supportive, collaborative environment alongside skilled CRNAs and physicians.
• Contribute to the education and mentorship of CRNA students during clinical rotations.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety across all perioperative phases.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $300,000–$320,000 (base), with opportunities to increase income through additional call shifts.
• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and training stipend available.
• 37 days of paid time off plus an additional 10 days through the Caregiver Benefit Program.

• Flexible scheduling options (8- or 10-hour shifts).

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification and Minnesota licensure (or eligibility).
• Proficiency in a broad range of anesthesia procedures and monitoring.

• Interest in mentoring CRNA students and contributing to professional development.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, hospital-based role.
• 8- or 10-hour shifts available based on preference.
• 1:8 call schedule with guaranteed post-call time off.
