Job Description

A leading Level 1 trauma center in Roanoke, VA is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). This opportunity offers a dynamic, self-scheduling model with no call requirements, diverse case exposure, and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Both new graduates and experienced CRNAs are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a wide variety of surgical cases
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout perioperative care
• Collaborate with surgical and critical care teams in a Level 1 trauma environment
• Rotate to other system hospitals as needed to expand case mix and experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $230,000 – $270,000 annually
• $50,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements

• CRNA certification and Virginia state licensure
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program

• Willingness to work flexible shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours)
