Job Description
A leading Level 1 trauma center in Roanoke, VA is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). This opportunity offers a dynamic, self-scheduling model with no call requirements, diverse case exposure, and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Both new graduates and experienced CRNAs are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a wide variety of surgical cases
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia plans
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout perioperative care
- Collaborate with surgical and critical care teams in a Level 1 trauma environment
- Rotate to other system hospitals as needed to expand case mix and experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $230,000 – $270,000 annually
- $50,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements
- CRNA certification and Virginia state licensure
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Strong commitment to patient safety and interdisciplinary teamwork
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours)
- New graduates and experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply
