Job Description

A leading Level 1 trauma center in Roanoke, VA is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). This opportunity offers a dynamic, self-scheduling model with no call requirements, diverse case exposure, and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Both new graduates and experienced CRNAs are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care across a wide variety of surgical cases
Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia plans
Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout perioperative care
Collaborate with surgical and critical care teams in a Level 1 trauma environment
Rotate to other system hospitals as needed to expand case mix and experience

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary range: $230,000 – $270,000 annually
$50,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements

CRNA certification and Virginia state licensure
Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
Strong commitment to patient safety and interdisciplinary teamwork
Willingness to work flexible shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours)
New graduates and experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time with self-scheduling flexibility
8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts available
No call responsibilities
Diverse clinical exposure within a Level 1 trauma center
