Job Description

Capital Digestive Care is seeking a full-time CRNA to support a busy endoscopy unit in Williamsburg, Virginia. This is a direct-hire opportunity within a well-established GI practice comprised of five physicians, offering a predictable weekday schedule with no evenings, weekends, or call. The CRNA will be responsible for providing anesthesia care for endoscopic procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality outcomes throughout the perioperative process.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor anesthesia care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures
• Continuously assess patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia as clinically indicated
• Perform pre-procedure assessments and post-procedure evaluations
• Maintain accurate and complete anesthesia documentation in patient records
• Ensure availability and readiness of emergency equipment and medications
• Support physicians during procedures as needed
• Adhere to all endoscopy center policies, safety protocols, and quality standards

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active CRNA licensure
• Current BLS (CPR) and ACLS certifications
• Ability to practice independently within an endoscopy setting
• Strong attention to patient safety, documentation, and teamwork

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule
• Outpatient endoscopy center
• No call, nights, or weekends
