Job Description

Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital, a busy tertiary Level 2 trauma center in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for full-time opportunities. This role involves a diverse caseload, including high-risk OB and open-heart surgeries (excluding transplants and complicated neonates/pediatrics). CRNAs provide 24/7 coverage, with flexible scheduling options such as 4-day shifts (e.g., 4-10s or 2-8s and 2-12s) and weekend call from home approximately every 4-6 weeks. Occasional floating to nearby Cleveland Clinic East Region facilities may be required.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
– Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and CRNA certification in Ohio.
– Certification or recertification by the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
– Flexibility and willingness to train in new areas as needed.
– Experience in diverse anesthesia cases preferred but not required.

Annual Estimated Salary or Payment
