Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for colonoscopy and endoscopy cases in an ASC setting
- Work independently with full clinical autonomy
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff in a respectful team environment
- Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care with a patient-centered approach
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary of $245,000
- Competitive compensation with both W2 and 1099 models available

Job Requirements
- NBCRNA-certified CRNA
- Active Illinois license (or willingness to obtain one)
- 2+ years ASC experience preferred
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professionalism
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, 4 days/week schedule
- 9–10 hour shifts, Monday–Friday
- No Call, No Nights, No Weekends
- One consistent location in Naperville, IL
