Job Description

Concord Orthopaedics is seeking full-time, part-time, and per-diem CRNAs to join their anesthesia care team at the Capital Orthopaedic Surgery Center in Concord and Derry, New Hampshire. This well-established private practice offers exceptional work-life balance with no call, no weekends, no holidays, and predictable daytime schedules focused exclusively on orthopaedic and interventional pain management cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for orthopedic and interventional pain management procedures
• Conduct preoperative assessments and develop tailored anesthesia care plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout surgical procedures
• Support postoperative recovery and ensure patient safety
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and perioperative staff

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 employment
• $280,000 annual salary (full-time)
• 6 weeks paid vacation
• CME allowance ($2,500 annually)

Job Requirements

• BSN from an accredited nursing program
• DNAP or MSN in Nurse Anesthesia
• Current Registered Nurse license
• Active CRNA certification
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
• Current DEA license
• Completion of required CME hours (minimum 40 every two years)

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, part-time, and per-diem roles available
• 8-hour and 10-hour shifts
• No call requirements
• No evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Orthopaedic and interventional pain cases only
