Renew Medical is seeking experienced OR CRNAs to join a clinician-led anesthesia team at Mercy Northwest in Rogers, Arkansas. This full-time 1099 opportunity offers high autonomy, a collaborative OR environment, and a flexible 24-hour shift structure designed to support work-life balance while delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in the operating room setting
• Deliver safe, efficient anesthesia care across scheduled surgical cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and anesthesia colleagues
• Maintain professional standards for patient safety and clinical outcomes
• Practice independently within a team-based OR environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $175 per hour
• Estimated annual income range: $320,000 – $330,000
• 1099 independent contractor position

Schedule & Work Environment

Job Requirements

• Active CRNA certification
