Job Description

Join a growing private anesthesia group in the heart of Las Vegas, Nevada! Red Rock Anesthesia is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their expanding team covering multiple hospitals in the Las Vegas area. This is a rare opportunity offering excellent compensation, partnership potential, and a no-call, no-holiday schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a broad range of bread-and-butter cases, including general surgery, orthopedics, and gynecology
• Work both independently and in a collaborative care team model
• Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality anesthesia care in hospital settings
• Participate in a growing team expanding its coverage across Las Vegas

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $200,000–$260,000 (depending on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Available for qualified candidates

Job Requirements

• Active CRNA certification and Nevada licensure (or eligibility)

• Full-time schedule (no call or holiday coverage)
• Practice at Valley Hospital and Spring Valley Hospital
• Mix of own cases and care team model
