Job Description

TeamHealth is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesia care team at Ascension Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This is a full-time W-2 opportunity in a respected community hospital, offering an excellent case variety, competitive pay, and strong work-life balance. The practice operates under a medical supervision model with 3 anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs, covering about 5,000 cases annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, GI, neuro spine, dental, healthy pediatrics, ophthalmology, podiatry, and vascular cases.
• Work under a medical supervision model in collaboration with anesthesiologists.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based anesthesia care across a variety of specialties.
• Participate in patient assessments, intraoperative anesthesia management, and post-anesthesia care.

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA-certified CRNA (new graduates welcome).
• Eligible for Wisconsin CRNA license.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time W-2 hospital-employed position.
• Medical supervision model with 3 anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs.
• Approximately 5,000 cases annually.
• No obstetrics, gynecology, urology, regional blocks, or cardiac cases.
