Job Description
Penn Medicine is seeking both full-time and part-time CRNAs to join its expanding anesthesia practice at Chester County Hospital in West Chester, PA. The team includes 11 anesthesiologists and 26 CRNAs who collaborate in a care-team model with anesthesia technicians to provide excellent patient care. The role offers a wide variety of cases, supportive colleagues, and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists across a wide case mix: General, Urology, GYN, OB, Spine, Ortho, Plastics, ENT, Colorectal, Breast, EPS, and GI.
- Work rotating day shifts, with 12-hour shifts strongly preferred.
- Deliver safe, patient-centered anesthesia care in line with Penn Medicine standards.
Job Requirements
- RN with Bachelor’s and Master’s degree
- Graduation from an accredited CRNA program
- CRNA certification and re-certification
- Pennsylvania Nursing license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Prior experience not required—new graduates encouraged to apply
