Job Description
Carle Health is seeking additional CRNAs to join our team of over 60 CRNAs at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois. This role supports our ASCs in Champaign and Danville, as well as a new Endoscopy Center opening in 2026. CRNAs practice with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with anesthesiologists.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across ASC and endoscopy settings
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists while maintaining independent practice
- Deliver safe, effective anesthesia for a diverse patient population
- Support the opening and integration of new surgical facilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $280,000–$310,000 annually
- 5.4–6.4 weeks PTO, 6 paid holidays, and 1 floating holiday

- 1 week off for CME plus annual CME allowance

Job Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia
- Current Illinois CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No call, weekends, or holidays required
