Job Description
UPMC in Central Pennsylvania is hiring a full-time Chief CRNA at Leader Ambulatory Surgical Center in York, PA. This is a no-call, no-weekend position offering up to $100K sign-on, student loan forgiveness, and the opportunity to join one of the most respected healthcare systems in the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for ENT, plastic/reconstructive, orthopedic, GI, and same-day surgical procedures
- Lead and support a collaborative anesthesia team
- Utilize EPIC EMR to ensure efficient and safe patient care
- Participate in quality improvement and mentoring initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $250,000–$340,000 based on experience
- Up to $100K sign-on bonus

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
- Licensed or eligible for CRNA licensure in Pennsylvania
- Federal and state narcotics certification
- Experience preferred; must be comfortable with a wide variety of surgical cases
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday
- No call, no nights, no weekends
- Ambulatory surgical setting at UPMC Leader Ambulatory Surgical Center
