We are hiring an experienced CRNA for a hospital-employed opportunity with our Leader Ambulatory Surgery Center in York, PA.

As a member of our team, you will:

• Be a key player in expanding surgical services in central Pennsylvania.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
• Work with a collaborative team performing general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ENT, GI, and pediatric patient care (six months and above).
• Enjoy a day surgery only schedule with no nights, weekends, or call.
• Use advanced technology, including Fabias GS and EPIC systems.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
• Experience: This position is for an experienced CRNA.
• Commitment: Dedication to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
• Team Orientation: Ability to work collaboratively with a cohesive and collegial team.
• Licensure: Eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.

Annual Estimated Salary or Payment

$188,000.00 – $270,000.00 USD

• Starting salary of $220,000.
• Includes yearly CME allowance, protected CME training time, paid time off, two retirement plans, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
