Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care across a broad, high-acuity case mix
  • Practice within a large, collaborative anesthesia care team
  • Opportunities to participate in cardiac, pediatric cardiac, neuro, and transplant anesthesia

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $225,000 – $285,000, commensurate with experience
  • Incentives, Stipends & $98K Sign-on Bonus
  • Performance bonus, differential pay, OT pay, holiday pay, and more
  • Generous PTO: 7 weeks
  • Full Time, W2
  • Flexible Scheduling: No call; 8s, 10s, 12s, evenings, and night shifts available
