Job Description

Kapiolani Women’s & Children’s Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their team. This is a full-time position focused on providing anesthesia coverage for a busy labor and delivery (L&D) department. The CRNA will work alongside 1-2 MDs at all times in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-time anesthesia coverage for a busy labor and delivery (L&D) department
• Administer epidurals and manage peri-partum hemorrhage cases
• Work collaboratively with 1–2 MDs at all times
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during labor and delivery
• Maintain effective communication with the obstetrics and surgical team

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary between $300,000 and $400,000 (dependent on experience and benefits)

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Active Hawaii RN and APRN licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Proficiency in epidural placement and management of peri-partum hemorrhage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the medical team
