Job Description

Prosser Memorial Health in Prosser, WA is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their collaborative and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a community-focused Critical Access Hospital with a competitive salary and outstanding benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a wide variety of cases including total joints, general orthopedics, OB/GYN, general surgery, gastroenterology, urology, and ENT
• Support two operating rooms and one procedure room
• Handle after-hours cases, including OB, general surgery, and ERCPs
• Care for patients ranging from infants to geriatrics
• Work collaboratively with the surgical and nursing teams to ensure patient safety and comfort

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary between $188,350 and $272,643 (three-year guarantee based on MGMA)

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Board certified or board eligible
• Experience with a variety of surgical cases
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide anesthesia care independently and collaboratively

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• 10-hour weekday OR shifts
• Shared call schedule (approximately one weekend per month, negotiable)
• EMR: EPIC
