Job Description
A healthcare facility in Ohio is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a permanent W-2 position offering a balanced schedule and a broad clinical case mix. This opportunity is ideal for CRNAs seeking long-term stability, predictable hours, and exposure to a wide range of surgical specialties within a supportive anesthesia department.
The position follows a four-day workweek with weekday shifts, allowing for improved work–life balance while maintaining full-time employment status. Cases typically begin at 7:30 a.m., with scheduled hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., though flexibility is required for add-on surgical cases. Providers will participate in a structured call rotation that includes weekday and weekend coverage, with post-call days off built into the schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a diverse surgical caseload
- Conduct preoperative assessments and formulate anesthetic plans
- Administer and manage anesthesia during procedures
- Monitor patients throughout surgery and recovery
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff
