Job Description

Geisinger Medical Center is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its dynamic anesthesia team in Danville, Pennsylvania. This position offers a competitive starting salary of $225,000 with a $75,000 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling options, and the chance to practice at a Level I Trauma Center within a nationally recognized healthcare system.

CRNAs at Geisinger provide anesthesia care across a wide range of specialties, excluding only heart/lung transplants and burns, with additional support for 13 non-OR anesthesia sites including GI, Pulmonary, Cath/EP Lab, IR, OB, and MRI. Geisinger’s 31 operating rooms and connected Janet Weis Children’s Hospital offer diverse clinical exposure for both adult and pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia for a broad mix of surgical and procedural cases
Provide anesthesia coverage in both OR and non-OR settings
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and medical staff in a team-based environment
Maintain patient safety and quality care in a high-acuity, teaching hospital setting
Participate in educational opportunities and support SRNA training

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary: $225,000 annually
Sign-on bonus: $75,000
