Job Description

Banner University Medical Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking full-time CRNAs to join a growing anesthesia care team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, academic environment while managing a wide range of cases, including adult and some pediatric patients. CRNAs will play an integral role in clinical management, OB anesthesia coverage, and education of SRNAs.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general and monitored anesthesia services across a broad scope of cases
Manage and evaluate adult and select pediatric patients
Provide epidural and spinal anesthesia for OB (1 weekend day per month, included in FTE)
Participate in therapeutic and diagnostic procedures
Collaborate with physicians, residents, and multidisciplinary teams for safe patient care
Educate and mentor SRNAs in the anesthesia care team model

Compensation & Benefits

Salary up to $275,000 annually plus performance incentives

Job Requirements

Current Board Certification and Arizona CRNA license (or eligibility)
CPR, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Experience in epidural and spinal anesthesia for OB preferred
New graduates and experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time schedule with flexible case mix
OB coverage requirement: one weekend day per month
