Job Description

Yuma Regional Medical Center is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join their team in Southwest Arizona, just 2.5 hours from San Diego. This role offers excellent compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia services for a wide range of bread-and-butter cases
Administer anesthesia for healthy pediatric cases
No cardiac or neuro cases required
Participate in call rotation as assigned

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary: $270,000
Range: $250,000 – $290,000
On-call pay: 2nd Call $333, 3rd Call $292
Quality incentive: Up to 5% of base salary
32 days PTO + 6 paid holidays
401K with employer match up to 4%

Wellness reimbursement: $250/year

CME reimbursement: Up to $3,500/year
