Job Description
Yuma Regional Medical Center is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join their team in Southwest Arizona, just 2.5 hours from San Diego. This role offers excellent compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for a wide range of bread-and-butter cases
- Administer anesthesia for healthy pediatric cases
- No cardiac or neuro cases required
- Participate in call rotation as assigned
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary: $270,000
- Range: $250,000 – $290,000
- On-call pay: 2nd Call $333, 3rd Call $292
- Quality incentive: Up to 5% of base salary
- 32 days PTO + 6 paid holidays

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
