Job Description

Society Hill Anesthesia Consultants is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its large private practice group serving Philadelphia and the surrounding metro area. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling options including full-time or part-time roles, with or without call responsibilities.

CRNAs will work within a medically directed model across multiple hospitals and ambulatory centers, managing a diverse case mix while maintaining a strong work-life balance. This position is ideal for both new graduates and experienced providers seeking flexibility and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties
  • Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures
  • Deliver post-anesthesia recovery and patient management
  • Assist with invasive monitoring and regional anesthesia as needed
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists in a medical direction model

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary ranging from $220,000 to $270,000

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • NBCRNA certification required or in process
  • Active Pennsylvania state license required
  • Current ACLS certification required
  • PALS certification preferred or negotiable
  • New graduates and experienced CRNAs welcome

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time and part-time W-2 positions available
