Job Description
Montgomery Anesthesia Associates, P.C. is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their outpatient practice in Montgomery, Alabama. Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for multi-specialty outpatient and GI cases
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluation, induction, maintenance, and emergence
- Work collaboratively with physicians and staff in a supportive team environment
- Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care with patient-focused outcomes
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $170,000–$230,000 (depending on experience)
- W-2 with excellent benefits or flexible 1099 option

Job Requirements
- NBCRNA certification
- Active Alabama CRNA license (or eligibility)

Schedule & Work Environment
- ASC-based setting
- Shifts: 7 am–3/4 pm or 4×10 hr shifts
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
- No call responsibilities
