Job Description

Montgomery Anesthesia Associates, P.C. is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their outpatient practice in Montgomery, Alabama. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for multi-specialty outpatient and GI cases
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluation, induction, maintenance, and emergence
• Work collaboratively with physicians and staff in a supportive team environment
• Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care with patient-focused outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $170,000–$230,000 (depending on experience)
• W-2 with excellent benefits or flexible 1099 option

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA certification
• Active Alabama CRNA license (or eligibility)

Schedule & Work Environment

• ASC-based setting
• Shifts: 7 am–3/4 pm or 4×10 hr shifts
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• No call responsibilities
