Job Description

Evergreen Anesthesia is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their independent practice at Kittitas Valley Hospital, a critical access hospital located in Ellensburg, Washington. This role offers high earning potential, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work as part of an all-CRNA team with full autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a diverse caseload including general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, ENT, vascular, ophthalmology, podiatry, and labor & delivery.
• Participate in a 1:3 call rotation with the option for post-call Monday off after weekend call.
• Engage as an active member of the hospital medical staff, including maintaining voting rights and leadership roles.
• Collaborate with supportive hospital administration to ensure high-quality patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual income: $380,000 (base) with potential to earn up to $400,000 with extra shifts.
• $15,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment required).
• 1099 independent contractor arrangement.
• All cafeteria meals covered by the group.
• Private, fully furnished anesthesia call house next to the hospital with garage parking and free EV charging.

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA-certified CRNA.
• Active Washington CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong skills across a full range of anesthesia services.
• Ability to work independently as part of an all-CRNA team.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Schedule: 3 weeks on, 1 week off (flexible).
• Call: First call every third night; no second call.
• Option for post-call Monday off after weekend call.
• Supportive, team-based culture with CRNAs serving in leadership roles.
