1099 Call Optional Facility (Direct Hire) Locum Tenens PA

Job Description

We are seeking two experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens assignment at a busy medical facility in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. This is a 20–26 week assignment with the option to extend. CRNAs will work under a care team model with a 4:1 CRNA to MD ratio, handling a diverse case mix including general, neuro, ortho, urology, ENT, vascular, ophthalmology, and endoscopy procedures.

The role offers flexible scheduling options, including 24-hour in-house call shifts as well as 8- or 10-hour day shifts. The facility utilizes both Epic and iPro charting systems. Candidates with experience in complex surgical cases and the ability to work independently within a team environment are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA
• Eligible for Pennsylvania state licensure (will accept candidates needing to obtain a state license)
• Experience in a variety of surgical cases including neuro, ortho, and general
• Strong ability to work within a care team model

Schedule & Work Environment

• 24-hour in-house call preferred
• Option for 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
• MDs supervising CRNAs (4:1 ratio)
• 6 anesthesia rooms
