Job Description

Renew Medical Group, in partnership with Mercy Orthopedic Hospital, is seeking an experienced and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a highly specialized orthopedic anesthesia team in Springfield, Missouri. This full-time position offers outstanding work-life balance with no nights, weekends, or call—ideal for CRNAs who value autonomy, stability, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care exclusively for orthopedic surgical procedures in a modern, high-volume surgical hospital.
• Perform regional anesthesia and nerve blocks to optimize patient comfort and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of CRNAs, surgeons, and nursing staff to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
• Participate in a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no call, weekends, or floating to other facilities.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to all safety, compliance, and facility standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $185/hour
• Total Compensation: $318,200 annually (based on 40-hour workweek)
• Employment Type: 1099 independent contractor
• 9 weeks off annually (unpaid leave structure typical of 1099 positions)
• PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) eligible
• Renew Medical Group will cover the cost of a regional anesthesia training course as part of onboarding
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or call

Job Requirements

• Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Active Missouri RN and APRN licenses (or eligibility to obtain)
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques (required)
• Strong commitment to patient safety, teamwork, and clinical quality

• No nights, weekends, call, or floating
