Job Description

Mercy South Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a medically directed general OR practice. This W-2 role offers stable compensation, a supportive care team model, and a predictable schedule with no overnight call.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for a broad range of general operating room cases within a medically directed team.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
Participate in pre-op assessment, intraoperative management, and post-anesthesia recovery as assigned.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and clinical best practices.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $240,000 – $260,000 annually (W-2).

Job Requirements

NBCRNA-certified CRNA.
Active Missouri CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain).
Experience with general OR cases; comfortable in a medically directed model.
Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, hospital-based position.
Mix of early and late days; no overnight call.
No first or second call responsibilities.
Collaborative care team environment focused on quality and safety.
