Job Description

WellSpan York Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a high-acuity environment with a wide variety of cases while enjoying a competitive salary and robust benefits package.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary: $220,000–$280,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Signing incentives up to $80,000
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Short- and long-term disability
  • Retirement plan with up to 6% contribution
  • 6 paid holidays
  • 5 days of CME time off + $3,500 CME allowance
  • PTO bridging based on years of experience

Case Mix & Clinical Environment

  • 19 Main ORs plus NORA (OB, EP, TEE, MRI, GI) – ~26 starts per day
  • Wide range of cases with patients of all ages
  • Work alongside anesthesiologists and CRNAs in a supportive team

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time and part-time positions available
  • Shift lengths: 10, 13, 16, and 24 hours
  • No first or second call required
