Job Description

Join a highly respected academic medical center with a team-oriented CRNA group, minimal call requirements, and excellent institutional support. This full-time CRNA role offers competitive compensation, sign-on/retention bonuses, and opportunities to practice across a wide range of specialties including pediatrics and a brand-new orthopedic hospital opening in Spring 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operative evaluations and administer anesthesia plans within a collaborative team model
• Provide postoperative evaluation and patient care
• Deliver clinical anesthesia services across all anesthetizing locations based on departmental needs
• Participate in the education of nurse anesthesia students, medical students, residents, and other trainees
• Attend continuing education to maintain NBCRNA recertification
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives
• Assist with equipment and supply management and appropriate use
• Support and model a culture of integrity, professionalism, inclusiveness, and continuous learning

Compensation & Benefits

• $200,000 – $280,000 annual salary

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification and state licensure eligibility
• Commitment to team-based practice and academic environment
• Participation in continuing education and quality improvement

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• Minimal call requirements
• First call approximately every 2–3 months
• Second call approximately every 2–3 months
• Opportunities in pediatrics and new orthopedic hospital opening Spring 2025
