Job Description
Baystate Health is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its team at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services across a diverse range of surgical specialties in a high-acuity, Level I Trauma Center setting
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and clinical staff to deliver safe, evidence-based anesthesia care
- Participate in clinical education and mentoring opportunities for SRNAs and residents
- Ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes through diligent pre-, intra-, and post-operative care
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Salary: $277,000 annually (W-2)
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) licensure or eligibility in Massachusetts
- Graduates or current students of an accredited nurse anesthesia program may apply
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position at a Level I Trauma Center
- No call and no Sunday coverage
- Extremely limited weekend or holiday shifts
