Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings
- Support affiliated surgery centers as needed
- Perform preoperative evaluations and develop anesthesia plans
- Administer and monitor anesthesia during procedures
- Ensure safe recovery and postoperative transitions
- Collaborate closely with physicians, CRNAs, and clinical staff
- Participate in professional development through Vituity’s training and mentorship programs

Job Requirements
- Current Iowa CRNA license (or eligibility)
- ACLS and PALS required
- Ability to practice independently within an anesthesia care team model
- Willingness to support both hospital and affiliated surgery center locations
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time W-2 role with flexible scheduling
- Every twelfth night first call
- Day off after first call: always provided
- No second call responsibilities
- Collaborative anesthesia care team with strong CRNA involvement
