Job Description
Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its collegial anesthesia department. This Level II Trauma Center offers flexible schedules, competitive compensation, and significant sign-on incentives—ideal for both experienced CRNAs and new graduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical specialties including General, Trauma, Ortho, Vascular, Neuro, ENT, and Endoscopy
- Collaborate within a team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists
- Provide care in a rotating or fixed day shift schedule
- Participate in pre- and post-operative anesthesia care
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $291,000 depending on experience
- New graduate starting salary: $227,000
- Sign-on incentives up to $80,000 + $10,000 relocation
- 1 week of CME + $3,000 allowance
- 4 weeks PTO + 7 paid holidays + 56 personal hours
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- NBCRNA certification
- Current RN license in Pennsylvania
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Schedule & Work Environment
- Start Date: Flexible
- Shift Options: 5×8, 4×10, or rotating shifts (8s and 16s)
- No OB, no hearts, minimal pediatrics
- Level II Trauma Center with modern surgical facilities
