Job Description
Our dynamic team of 11 physicians and 32 CRNAs manages 19,572 cases annually across 10 ORs and off-site locations. Case diversity includes ortho, gastroenterology, general surgery, GYN, neurology, pediatrics, OB, ophthalmology, thoracic, and more. CRNAs are highly autonomous, performing spinals and arterial lines, including pediatric and emergent craniotomies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia across a diverse mix of cases
- Perform spinals and a-lines independently
- Support high-acuity cases including pediatric and emergent craniotomies
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $230,000 to $260,000, plus an annual longevity bonus of up to $25,000

Schedule & Work Environment
- Flexible shifts available (8s, 10s, 12s, and 24s)
- Voluntary call participation with $850 per call and premium pay for call-ins (guaranteed 4-hour minimum)
