PeaceHealth’s anesthesia group, the largest in the Eugene and Springfield area, is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a thriving, team-based practice. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties including neurosurgery, general surgery, and orthopedics.
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff to ensure safe and effective perioperative care.
• Participate in a supportive, team-oriented environment that values professionalism and clinical excellence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary range: $340,000 – $425,000
• No call, no weekends, and no holiday coverage

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, W-2 position
• Daytime schedule with consistent hours
• Collaborative and well-established group practice covering multiple hospitals and ASCs
