Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a bread-and-butter case mix in a hospital setting
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and formulate patient-specific plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and other clinical team members
• Ensure safe postoperative recovery and documentation
• Exercise independent judgment in a highly autonomous clinical role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base compensation: $320,000–$370,000
• $50,000 bonus opportunity
• Independent contractor (1099) structure

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for Vermont licensure

• Every tenth night first call
