Job Description

Allina Health Faribault Medical Center is seeking a full-time CRNA to join an all-CRNA anesthesia team in a supportive and collegial hospital environment just south of Minneapolis. This role offers an independent practice model and a four-day work week with excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia independently across a broad range of surgical cases.
• Manage patients across pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team in a community hospital setting.
• Participate in call rotation and provide anesthesia services for scheduled and emergent procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation: $330,000–$450,000+ with call stipend.
• 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday).
• Signing incentives up to $80,000+ including relocation and training stipends.
• 37–42 days of PTO plus CME and caregiver leave.
• Malpractice with tail, health/dental/vision, fertility assistance, and 401(k) match.

Job Requirements

• CRNA licensure and ability to practice independently.
• Comfort with a varied case mix including general surgery, ortho, ENT, ophthalmology, GU, and podiatry.
• Ability to participate in first-call rotation.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Independent practice model in an all-CRNA department.
• Level IV trauma hospital with 4 ORs and approximately 2,000 cases annually.
• First call every fourth night.
• Full-time, part-time, casual, and 1099 options considered.
