Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties
• Participate in a 1 in 19 call rotation with paid callback, pre-call, and post-call work
• Work a standard 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM schedule with average weekly hours under 40
• Collaborate with a highly supportive anesthesia and surgical team
• Contribute to a strong culture focused on CRNA respect, autonomy, and teamwork

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation package: $470,000
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• Premium weekday and weekend shift pay for customizable work-life balance
• Work a holiday and receive an additional PTO day plus a $1,000 bonus

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time W-2 position
