Job Description
North Fulton Anesthesia Associates (NFAA) is seeking a full-time CRNA to join a cohesive private-practice anesthesia team serving stand-alone ambulatory surgery centers in Sandy Springs, with occasional coverage in Marietta. This is a true lifestyle-friendly outpatient position with no nights, no weekends, no holidays, and a supportive, tight-knit group of 6 anesthesiologists and 17 anesthetists (CRNAs + CAAs). Providers enjoy healthy patient populations (ASA 1–3), predictable schedules, and close working relationships with surgeons and staff across all centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient surgical procedures across multiple ASC specialties
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans
- Administer and manage anesthesia for orthopedic, ENT, plastics, GI, urology, GYN, general surgery, podiatry, endoscopy, ophthalmology, and healthy pediatric cases
- Monitor and manage patients intraoperatively and postoperatively in a fast-paced ASC environment
- Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, CAAs, CRNAs, surgeons, and nursing teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in orientation for lighter pediatric cases if needed (new grads welcome)
Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 salaried position
- Base salary: $220,000–$250,000 depending on experience
- $215,000 starting salary plus 5-year and 10-year experience bonuses

Job Requirements
- Current CRNA certification and Georgia licensure (or eligibility)
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Comfort with a variety of outpatient cases across multiple specialties
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced ASC environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small, highly cohesive group
- New graduates welcome
Schedule & Work Environment
- Outpatient only – no nights, no weekends, no holidays
- Average work week: 29–34 hours
- Rotating “peck system” allows occasional weekdays off
- No call requirements
- Coverage at ASCs in Sandy Springs and occasionally Marietta
- Healthy patient population (ASA 1–3)
